These terms apply to your use of Quiz Playground at www.quizzplayground.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Where a child uses this site, we ask that a parent, guardian or teacher reads these terms on their behalf and supervises use as appropriate to the child's age.

Quiz Playground offers free browser-based educational games for children, covering mathematics, English, Gujarati, Hindi, geography, science and logic. It also offers tools for teachers, such as worksheet and crossword generators.

The site is provided free of charge. There is no account, no subscription and no payment at any point. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

Questions are written to follow the NCERT syllabus structure and are reviewed for accuracy, but this site is a supplement to teaching rather than a replacement for it, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to NCERT or any examination board.

If you find an error in a question or an answer, please tell us at Info@madviseinfotech.com and we will correct it.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site
• Use automated systems to access the site in a way that harms it
• Copy or redistribute the content for commercial purposes without permission
• Enter any personal information about yourself or another person into a name field
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are

The games, question banks, written descriptions, design and code on this site belong to Quiz Playground unless stated otherwise. Teachers and parents are welcome to use the site freely with children, to display it in a classroom, and to print material generated by the worksheet and crossword tools for classroom use.

Republishing the content on another site, or bundling it into a commercial product, requires written permission.

We may show advertising to keep the site free. Because this site is directed to children, advertising here is not personalised. We do not control which specific ads appear, and the presence of an ad is not an endorsement. If you see an advertisement that seems inappropriate for a children's site, please report it to Info@madviseinfotech.com with a screenshot and we will act on it.

Game progress is stored in your browser, not on our servers. We do not require or collect accounts, names or contact details in order to play. The privacy policy sets out what is stored, how cookies are used, and our approach to children's privacy.

We aim to keep the site running and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of faults. Technical failures, browser differences and interruptions can occur. Since progress is saved in your browser, clearing site data or switching device will lose it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site, including lost progress or reliance on any answer given here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Some pages link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please review the terms of any site you visit from here.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
