Privacy Policy

Quiz Playground is a free educational games website operated at www.quizzplayground.com. It offers browser-based learning games for children in English, Gujarati and Hindi. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, what is stored on your device, and what choices you have.

This policy applies to the website only. It does not cover any other site you may reach by following a link from here.

We do not require an account. There is no sign-up, no login, and no password. We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or payment details in order to play any game.

The site handles the following:

• Game progress stored on your device. Your current level, scores and language preference are saved in your browser’s local storage. This never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
• A player name, if you choose to enter one. Some games offer a local leaderboard. Any name you type is stored in your browser only. Please use a first name or nickname rather than a full name.
• Standard technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records requests, which includes IP address, browser type, device type and referring page. This is used for security and to diagnose faults.
• Aggregate usage measurement. We use Google Analytics to understand which games are opened, which levels are completed and how the site performs. It records events such as opening a game or finishing a level, along with your language choice, device type and approximate region. We look at totals and trends, never at individuals, and we do not send it anything you type — including any name entered for a leaderboard, which stays on your device.

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Local storage works similarly. This site uses them for three purposes:

• Necessary. Remembering your language choice, your theme and your game progress. The site does not work properly without these.
• Analytics. Google Analytics, used to understand aggregate usage so we know which games are worth improving. Because this site is for children, we disable Google Signals and ad personalisation, so analytics data is never used for advertising, remarketing or building a profile across devices.
• Advertising. If advertising is enabled on the site, third-party vendors may set cookies as described in the next section.

You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Clearing them will delete your saved game progress, because that progress is stored only on your device.

We may display advertising on this site to keep it free to use. Where we do:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Users may also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
• Because this site is directed to children, ad requests from it are marked as child-directed. That means advertising shown here is not personalised and is not based on the interests or browsing history of the person viewing it.

This website is intended for children and for the parents and teachers who support them. We take that seriously.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There is no account, no registration and no requirement to provide any personal detail in order to play.
• We do not ask children for their name, age, school, address, photograph, phone number or email address. Where a game offers a local leaderboard, any name entered stays on that device.
• Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent rules elsewhere, ad requests from this site are marked as child-directed, which disables personalised advertising and restricts the categories of ads that can be shown.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Info@madviseinfotech.com and we will delete it.

We use the limited information described above only to:

• Provide the games and remember your progress on your own device
• Keep the site secure and diagnose technical faults
• Understand in aggregate which games are used, so we can improve them
• Display advertising that keeps the site free

We do not build profiles of individual users and we do not use the site to contact children.

• Delete your data. Clearing your browser’s site data for www.quizzplayground.com removes all saved progress and preferences. Because we hold no account, this deletes everything the site has stored about you.
• Opt out of personalised ads. Use the links in section 4.
• Block cookies. Your browser settings allow this, although game progress will no longer be saved.
• Access, correction and erasure. If you are in a region with data protection rights such as the UK, EU or India, you may contact us about information held about you. In practice we hold very little, because the site is designed not to collect it.

Game progress is stored on your device, not on our servers, so it remains under your control. Server request logs held by our hosting provider are retained only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Technical and organisational measures are used to protect against unauthorised access, although no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy as the site changes or as legal requirements evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
