About the Mathematics question bank
Mathematics questions arranged so that two teams can compete at a level that suits them. The bank runs from single-digit arithmetic up to algebra and geometry, and because each team draws from the same pool without repetition, both face equivalent difficulty.
What the questions cover
- Std 1-4
- Addition, subtraction, shapes, counting, time and simple measurement
- Std 5-7
- Multiplication, division, fractions, LCM and HCF, percentages, perimeter and area
- Std 8-12
- Algebra, square roots, angle properties, circle formulas and the Pythagorean relationship
