What to write to us about
- A mistake in a game. If a question is wrong, an answer is disputable, or a game misbehaves, tell us which game and what happened. These get fixed quickly and we are grateful for them.
- A suggestion for a new game or topic. Requests from teachers are the main way this site grows. Tell us the class and the concept children are struggling with.
- A privacy question or deletion request. See our privacy policy first — most progress data lives only in your own browser and you can clear it yourself — but write to us if anything is unclear.
A note for parents and teachers
Please do not include a child’s full name, school, address, photograph or any other identifying detail in a message. We do not need any of it to help with a question about a game, and we would rather it was never sent.
If you believe a child has entered personal information into a name field on this site, note that such names are stored only in that browser and never reach us. Clearing the browser’s site data removes it completely.
